Debbie provides educational consulting to parents whose children are struggling in school and they feel that the school is not meeting the child's needs. Whether parents have had their child assessed and the child was found with no special education needs, or the school system said the child had special needs and was making effective progress so the child did not qualify for special education services, Debbie will consult with the parents about how to help their child get the assistance needed.

RECORDS REVIEW
Understanding special educational assessments and the impact they have on your child is key to helping the IEP team chose a program/ curriculum that is right for your child.  Debbie will explain the academic assessments and discuss ways to best help your child learn.

ORGANIZING RECORDS
Being able to access the documents sent from the special education department is vital to advocating for a child's needs.  Keeping them organized can be a daunting task. Debbie will set up an organizational system for your child's records to help you access them when needed.
